Annual Moss Maintenance Package Includes:
- Glycerin treatment applied once a year to preserve moss color and hydration
- Thorough dusting and inspection of moss wall
- Professional cleaning and debris removal
- Dye application if required to keep moss colorful
- Keep a log of all maintenance tasks performed, which will be made available to Client upon request
Moss Replenishment Process:
Moss replenishment will be based on the amount of moss missing. Small holes under 1 inch will be covered as part of regular maintenance. If there is slight discoloration, coverage will be determined at the contractor’s discretion. Any other significant replenishment will require a separate quote.
