Service Administrator-Full Time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage work order processes
- Handle incoming phone inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Develop and maintain service schedules
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication
- Track and report on service performance metrics
- Coordinate schedules and support for field technicians
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Purchase/Compliance Officer-Full time Â
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and maintain the Purchase Order (PO) system
- Coordinate purchasing and receiving operations
- Organize and manage corporate travel arrangements
- Monitor and ensure adherence to company compliance policies
- Control inventory levels and manage supply procurement
- Prepare and manage incident reports
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Horticultural Specialist- Full Time or Part Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide ongoing horticultural maintenance services
- Maintain regular and professional client communication
- Monitor time spent at each site to ensure schedule compliance
- Process and manage plant replacement requests
- Oversee inventory tracking and management
- Lead monthly technician meetings and training sessions
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Decor Production Supervisor- Full Time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the production team in the creation of all custom projects
- Oversee refurbishment, management, and production of holiday projects
- Manage inventory and organization of supplies for all décor, including holiday Â
- Partner with Design Manager on upcoming trends and annual holiday themes
- Create, Innovate and Manage Orchid Displays
- Support production forecasting and resource planning, with ongoing tracking of labor and operational expense

Installer- Full Time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and execute the installation of custom biophilic design projects
- Drive, load, and unload delivery vehicles for project deliveries
- Provide detailed documentation and communicate feedback on each installation
- Perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and working in various indoor and outdoor environments
- Assist with the seasonal delivery and installation of holiday foliage and décor
- Operate heavy machinery and tools as required for installations
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Business Development/ Sales Associate- Full time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prospecting and developing customer relationships with measured weekly resultsÂ
- Generating and managing sales and CRM reports
- Drafting contracts
- Conduct onsite client meetings, biophilia presentations,
- Develop and maintain relationships with the A&D community
- Attend 2-4 networking events monthly
- Additional duties as needed as requested
Horticulture Supervisor- Full time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage horticultural maintenance services
- Works with all technicians to continue and follow up with training.
- Address customer care issues to stay within IPI standards
- Responsible for quality control on all accounts and the continual training of new technicians.
- Manages Warehouse Plant Inventory, Care and Operations
- Additional duties as needed as requested
Production Assistant- Full time or Part Time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assemble and craft moss walls, orchid arrangements, and custom biophilic designs according to project specifications.
- Assist in the fabrication, packaging, and staging of holiday décor and seasonal installations.
- Follow production guidelines to ensure consistency in design and high-end aesthetic quality.
- Work with the Production Supervisor to implement efficient assembly techniques for high-volume projects
- Ensure design and production tasks are completed within assigned timeframes
- Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory of production materials
- Additional duties as needed as requested
Urban Technician- Full time or Part Time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform routine care and maintenance of exterior landscapes, including watering, pruning, fertilizing, mulching, and pest control.
- Install and maintain seasonal plantings, including flowers, shrubs, and trees, ensuring vibrant displays.
- Diagnose and treat plant health issues such as pests, diseases, and environmental stress.
- Maintain hardscape elements such as planters, edging, and pathways, ensuring cleanliness and structural integrity.
- Implement plant rotation schedules to keep displays fresh and visually appealing.
- Track time spent at each site and log service details, issues, and resolutions using company software
- Additional duties as needed as requested
Warehouse Technician- Full Time or Part time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee stock control, maintain accurate inventory records, and report discrepancies promptly.
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and safety, ensure proper labeling, storage, and routine cleaning.
- Monitor plant health, prepare plants and materials for installations, and ensure they meet high-quality standards.
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other tools; manage vehicle servicing, repairs, and coordinate vehicle logistics for deliveries.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving and assist with project staging and material preparation.
- Collaborate with all teams to ensure timely project preparation, including biophilic installations and seasonal decor.
- Additional duties as needed as requested
Holiday Installers- Seasonal
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the setup and installation of seasonal decorations for commercial properties, ensuring a festive and high-quality display.
- Assist with inventory organization, restocking holiday decor items, and ensuring accurate stock levels during peak season.
- Help coordinate/install deliveries and installations, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Work closely with other team members to meet project deadlines and assist in seasonal event preparation.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
- Perform routine maintenance on holiday decor and assist with the cleanup and storage of decorations after the season ends.
- Additional duties as needed as requested
Fabricator/Production Specialist
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and build custom elements according to project specifications.
- Support urban landscaping installations, seasonal blooms, and other exterior and interior projects as needed.
- Track inventory, and manage supplies & tools required for fabrication and assembly projects.
- Perform regular maintenance checks on production equipment and tools.
- Load and unload materials and products for transport to project sites.
- Provide hands-on assistance to other departments during high-demand periods or special projects.
